Likeafrancais is a website that allows you to learn French through online private lessons. Below you will find my advice on how to make the most of this experience.

Booking the trial lesson

A 30-minute trial lesson is offered to you. Simply contact me to schedule it together: the time zone and everyone’s schedules need to be taken into account

Selecting a package

After the trial lesson, you can choose to purchase the number of course hours you want directly on the website.

Confirmation and monitoring of the course

I can adjust the duration of the lesson (30 minutes – 45 minutes or 1 hour) and provide a summary. I can also give tailored homework based on your availability. Once the lesson is completed, I keep a record of the hours used according to your payment. It is possible to consult this record at any time (upon your request).

Leave a review for the teacher

Three weeks after the payment of the first lesson, I will send you an email inviting you to leave a public review about your experience. By leaving a review, you contribute to the evaluation of my lessons and help future students make their choice.

Payment for course packages

You can choose the number of hours you wish to pay for (from 1 hour to 20 hours). All payments are made in advance, and no credit will be tolerated. It may happen that an unforeseen event prevents the smooth running of your lesson. For example, you may miss your class, be late, or encounter technical or personal problems that prevent you from carrying out the lesson. In this case, I ask you to inform me of the problem as soon as possible so that I can take appropriate measures as quickly as possible. If necessary, I recommend that you contact me directly on WhatsApp to report the change.

Site guarantees and other rules

You can request a refund of your payment for any reason within a period of 15 (fifteen) days from the date the payment was made (if your experience is not satisfactory or if you wish to stop for personal reasons). Likeafrancais is not responsible for any fees charged by payment systems and will not cover them in a refund request. To the extent permitted by law, any refund request is subject to my discretion.

Cancellation policy

Your schedule may sometimes change, leading you to cancel or reschedule your lesson. In such cases, I kindly request that you notify me at least 6 hours in advance directly on my WhatsApp. Failure to provide this notice may result in the lesson being billed. If the lesson is rescheduled within the week following the cancellation, the missed lesson will not be charged.
